VICATS-LTS(Leak Test System)

selectable test or sequential test versions-just specify test pressures and

leak
rates. These industrial PC based systems can take input from a PLC,
signaling

|
which
test to run, and when to start a test. These systems also have built in
|
|
clamp/seal/part
mark outputs for simple fixture control which can be used to run a
|
|
small

Same
as the VICATS-LTS, with a soft PLC running on the industrial PC. The soft
PLC is

|
capable
of handling large amounts of I/0 which can run a more sophisticated
machine.

Using
this version to control your leak test system eliminates wiring to and from
an external
|
|
PLC,
simplifies design, and reduces cost. Also, the screen can serve as an HMI.
These
|
|
systems
are available standard and are great for assembly and test applications.
